Returns
The inventory is constantly changing and we do not completely manage it due to the fact that multiple parties are involved, which includes our warehouse and factory. Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. However, if thirty days have passed since you purchased your item, we cannot provide a refund or exchange.
In order for your item to be eligible for return, it must be unopened and in the condition you received it. The item must be in the original packaging.
